Recreation

The City of Nappanee has over 280 acres of parkland consisting of neighborhood parks, athletic fields, an 18 hole golf course, wetland/nature area, softball complex and over four miles of paved biking/jogging trails.

Recreational opportunities such as baseball, softball, basketball, volleyball, swimming, golf, horseshoe pitching and bocce ball are available with the park system.

The Nappanee Parks Department has four park facilities and maintains 252 acres for recreational use. Shelters and pavilions are available for activities. Call for reservations at 574-773-2112.

    Located off County Road 7, McCormick Creek Park is a stunning 100-acre green space featuring the scenic Nappanee Art Path. This enchanting trail showcases a diverse collection of sculptures, guiding visitors through a captivating journey of discovery.
